Thanksgiving will soon be here and many of us will be enjoying family get togethers. This is a time to give thanks for all our blessings. But there will be many that will be feeling alone and forgotten. Others will have such tight budgets due to the loss of their home or to have just taken bankruptcy, that they will have a hard time feeling thankful. What they will be thinking about is probably what they don't have.

Times are tough this year for many people. So what ever our lot is, it is a time to reflect on all that we have and what we have been given. If we are so fortunate to have good health, we are wealthy. If we have some health problems, but nothing serious, we are still wealthy. The point is we can be thankful for what we have, and not focus on what we don't have.

Our health is where our real wealth is. We want to value it to the fullest and give thanks. Thankfulness and gratitude are the best mind set for receiving good health. Stress is the hardest thing on our health. If it is true that 95% of all illness is caused from stress, we need to do something to get rid of the stress in our lives as fast as we can. By taking time to read Nutritional Health Articles you will find a way to deal with stress. Click on the link above and look for the tab, Health Articles. This will bring you to the issues of the Journal, where you will find much help.
