Much is known and written about nutrition. If you go to Google to do a search you will find much information about what a person should eat if they are an athlete, a diabetic, or an aging person. All are different as you can imagine they would be. I recently heard a dietician speak on what a person should eat and the size of their portions. I was once again amazed at the amount of food intake for each day that would ne necesary for one to eat in order to have the amount that they said was necessary to eat for a proper diet. The dietician said nothing about taking supplements. I don't believe anyone can get the full amount of nutrition by following the diet they suggest as it is far more than anyone can eat.
