I hope you will agree that you can't learn too much about vitamins. I have been an avid believer in vitamins and user for years and I never tire reading of new ways to improve my health with new findings of vitamins.
A year or two ago I learned about Vitamin D. I had never been tested for this vitamin before or asked if I took this vitamin or read any articles about it. I was tested and my test results showed I was very low in Vitamin D. The Doctor prescribed 2000 mg a day. I continued with that amount until I was tested again the following year. Prior to this I was told by a Pharmacist who I valued their opinion, that if I was outside for 5 minutes a day I would receive all the Vitamin D I needed. Isn't that amazing.
